New web based tracking system
On the 3rd of January 2007 we launched our ground breaking parcel submission and tracking system. Through a secure login on our website you will be able to list items and create parcels for submission through our quick and easy to use web form and print completed hallnotes with individual barcoding to submit with your parcel.
Through our system you will be able to track your consignments from receipt at the Assay Office to dispatch after completion. The system is able to email you on dispatch of your parcels. Links to the Royal Mail and popular courier tracking sites will allow you to track your parcel between the Assay Office and its final destination.

Other useful features include the ability to reprint copy invoices and search your parcels with either ours or your own reference. Because the tracking system is web based you will not require any additional software and through your secure login you will be able to access your account from any location world wide.
